Easterly Ranger
Peter is a Senior Portfolio Manager of Easterly Ranger.
Prior to joining Easterly Ranger, Peter was the co-founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Portfolio Manager of Sugi Capital Management, a global real estate investment firm established in 2018. Before founding Sugi, he was Chief Executive Officer of Presima Inc., a global real estate investment manager, where he led the firm’s growth trajectory. From 2003 to 2013, Peter was Managing Director and Co-Head of Global Real Estate Securities at CenterSquare Investment Management, a subsidiary of BNY Mellon. There, he served as Senior Portfolio Manager for global real estate securities and was a member of the firm’s management committee. He previously held investment roles at Morgan Stanley and Salomon Smith Barney in New York.
Peter received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University, and both a Masters in Civil Engineering and an MBA in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley. He is a CFA® charterholder.
