Deb is the Chief Compliance Officer at Easterly Investment Partners, responsible for managing the day-to-day regulatory and compliance obligations of the registered investment adviser of the firm.
Prior to joining Easterly, Deb was a compliance consultant at Lighthouse Risk Advisors. Before that, she worked at Manulife Investment Management, where she led the Global Distribution Compliance Center of Expertise (CoE); the CoE provided regulatory guidance to business partners regarding global cross-border marketing and distribution requirements for investment management services and registered and private funds. She also held various risk and compliance roles at Financial Engines and Fidelity Investments.
Deb received her MBA at Simmons College.
