Charlie serves as Co-Head, Municipals and Senior Portfolio Manager at Easterly Investment Partners.
Prior to joining Easterly, Charlie to partnered with Troy Willis at ROC Municipals and was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Principal Street Partners — a position he held at OppenheimerFunds and then Invesco. Charlie’s experience also includes time at Wise Construction Corporation in Boston and as a structural engineer on nuclear submarines for the Department of Defense in New Hampshire. Charlie has been in the municipal bond industry since 2006.
Charlie earned a BS degree in civil engineering from the University of Maine and an MBA in finance and corporate accounting from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester. Charlie is a CFA® charterholder and member of the National Federation of Municipal Analysts and the CFA Society of New York.
