Charlie serves as Co-Head, Municipals and Senior Portfolio Manager at Easterly ROC Municipals.
Prior to joining Easterly ROC Municipals, Charlie partnered with Troy Willis at ROC Municipals and was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Principal Street Partners, OppenheimerFunds Rochester, and Invesco. Previously, he also worked for Wise Construction Corporation in Boston and was a structural engineer on nuclear submarines for the Department of Defense in New Hampshire. Charlie has been in the municipal bond industry since 2006.
Charlie received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Maine and an MBA in Finance and Corporate Accounting from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester. Charlie is a CFA® charterholder and member of the National Federation of Municipal Analysts and the CFA Society of New York.
